Pricing

  • Base Fee – $150: Invoiced on order, non-refundable
  • Per Appointment – $50 each: Includes estimates and scheduling
  • Rush Fee – $150: Applies for shorter-notice booking
We recommend booking early to secure vendors. Additional appointments after your final plan are $50 each. Rescheduling may incur an added fee.

Be on time for your appointments. No refunds for canceled trips. Happy Host LLC only books with trusted vendors, but is not responsible for work performed by vendors.
